A Real Estate PE fund

• Primarily be responsible for the preparation and execution of the company’s pitch books and financial modelling

• Requires extensive research capabilities and the ability to critically underwrite and analyze prospective deals

• Ideally a motivated self-started, capable of prioritizing various initiatives, and has a passion for what you do

• Attention to detail and demonstrate a record of intelligence, honesty, and a positive attitude

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience gained in a Financial or Real Estate company

• Bachelor’s degree, with emphasis in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or similar major

• Extensive experience using PowerPoint to prepare corporate presentations

• Exceptional business writing skills and experience drafting memorandums and reports for external distribution

• Advanced Excel spreadsheet modelling skills (e.g., cash flow modelling, IRR projections) is required

• Display a strong ability to analyze and filter complex and extensive amounts of information and subsequently present information in a digestible manner

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Team player and able to work under pressure
